Monitoring for Leaks and Maintenance Issues

Sharing Data with Property Management Systems
Utility billing generates substantial amounts of data that must be transferred to property management or accounting systems on a regular basis. Many companies perform these data transfers by manually inputting information into multiple systems. AmCoBi develops custom software to automate the exchange of data saving staff members time and improving the accuracy of the information entered.

Billing Solutions for Submetered Properties
When individual submeters or energy allocation equipment have been installed, resident consumption can be determined very accurately. Usage data from individual residences is collected wirelessly or via manual readings.
AmCoBi can download this usage data from a variety of meter reading systems.
By combining this data and the rate information from the master-meter utility bill, a statement can be calculated and mailed (or delivered electronically) to the tenant. The bill can also include: rent, Internet, cable, or other fees that the owner or property manager routinely collects.

Resident Payment Options
Residents can make payments onsite to the property management staff, or directly to AmCoBi (Payment Processing). If AmCoBi receives payments, we offer a variety of cash, online, phone and mobile options (ePay).

Expanded Online Payment and Electronic Billing Services
Residents may enroll in AmCoBi's eBill (electronic billing) service and every time a new utility statement is posted, receive an e-mail notification with a URL link to the bill.
If your community uses AmCoBi's Payment Processing service, residents can use ePay and pay: online, with a smartphone, or via telephone. transfer from a checking/savings account.

AmCoBi uses a state-of-the-art, Web-enabled, utility billing application. The system is flexible and can be configured to meet the unique billing requirements of your utility or multifamily community. Not only does it automate routine tasks, it enables access by different stakeholders
Management Portal
Owners, property managers, and authorized utility staff members can login to a password protected website and:
- View community and resident account information
- Download and print previous utility bills
- Print final bills
- Receive credit/debit card and ACH payments
- Enter move-in/move-out data
- View billing and management reports.
Customer/Resident Portal
Customers also have Web-based access to a secure site where they can:
- Enroll in electronic billing - eBill
- Make online payments using a credit/debit card or electronic transfer from a checking/savings account - ePay
