Making sure that residents receive the assistance they need when they have questions or when issues arise is critical to a successful and smooth utility billing program.

Our Client Care team provides timely and professional telephone and e-mail support.  We guarantee response times so that your tenants or homeowners receive answers to their questions quickly.  Our team is thorough and responsive.  We track our team's performance by continually monitoring a variety of customer service metrics.  In addition, our Client Care team is the first line of communication for resident comments or feedback.

eBill & ePay Services

Residents may enroll in AmCoBi's eBill service and receive an e-mail notification with a URL link to their utility bill when it has been delivered.  If your community uses AmCoBi's Payment Processing service, residents can use ePay and pay online with a credit/debit card or ACH transfer from a checking/savings account.  For more information, click here.
